"Some important steps have already been taken towards the legal enshrinement of rules and principles to which these tools must comply, namely with regard to the right to equal access to employment, with the express prohibition of discriminatory or intrusive solutions, and the management of digital platforms. However, this is still a dimension that needs deeper and above all more specific regulation".
