VdA has launched the Compliance Circle, an initiative bringing together Compliance professionals and VdA lawyers to discuss the key challenges facing organisations in this area.

The first session, dedicated to “Whistleblowing Channels and Internal Investigations: Challenges in Practice”, featured Sofia Ribeiro Branco, Joana Bernardo and Andreia Oliveira Ferreira.

Against a backdrop of increasing regulatory demands, the session provided an opportunity to reflect on the practical challenges associated with managing whistleblowing reports, conducting internal investigations and their implications for organisations.

The Compliance Circle will continue with further sessions dedicated to the challenges and trends shaping the Compliance landscape.
