VdA contributes to the 2026 edition of the Chambers Global Practice Guide – Climate Change Regulation, which analyses the key legal and regulatory developments in climate change regulation.
Assunção Cristas, Catarina Pinto Correia and Carolina Vaza authored the chapters on Portugal, 'Law and Practice' and 'Trends and Developments', in which they analyse the national legal and regulatory framework and the key trends shaping the climate agenda.
Among other topics, they analyse climate policy and legislation, voluntary carbon markets, liability and ESG reporting, renewable energy investment, and developments in the European and Portuguese regulatory frameworks for carbon markets.
