Paulo Olavo Cunha and Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira lecture at the 14th Postgraduate Course in Business Law, promoted by the Private Law Research Centre (CIDP) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

This postgraduate course aims to offer a detailed and comprehensive overview of classic and fundamental topics in the areas of Business Law and Labour Law. In addition, the course addresses recent legislative changes and highlights new issues, promoting a clear understanding of case law trends and the impact of these issues on each organisation.

Paulo Olavo Cunha leads a class in the first module of the postgraduate course, entitled ‘Corporate and Business Models: General Aspects and New Trends’, where he covers the topic of ‘Suitability of the Corporate Type to the Company Model’. Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira teaches a class on ‘Shareholder Agreements’, as part of the ‘Corporate Governance’ module.
