Carla Gonçalves Borges, Mariana França Gouveia and Iñaki Carrera are taking part in the Intermediate Arbitration Course in Mozambique, which takes place from 18 October to 16 December. This course is the result of a collaboration between the Sofala Provincial Council of the Mozambican Bar Association and the Commercial Arbitration Centre.
In this course, Carla Gonçalves Borges is lecturing the module "Production of testimonial evidence: written statements, cross-examination, secrecy rules", while Mariana França Gouveia and Iñaki Carrera are lecturing the module "Investment arbitration".
