Vieira de Almeida, ISEG – Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão and the Portuguese Compliance and Regulatory Observatory (OPCR) are pleased to invite you to the 2024 International Conference on Competition Law and Policy, to be held on 11 July, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the António de Magalhães Cardoso Auditorium at VdA, Rua Dom Luís I, 28, Lisbon. This Conference will discuss the most pressing current issues in competition law, economics, and policy, including the main legal issues dealt with by both national and European courts, merger control, and the economic approach in competition law.
The panel is composed of renowned international and Portuguese speakers from the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Competition, Regulatory and Supervisory Court, the European Commission, the OECD, the Portuguese Competition Authority, the national and international academic world, economic consultancies, and law firms.
The 2024 International Conference on Competition Law and Policy, organised by VdA, ISEG and OPCR, is the largest and most important annual event in Portugal devoted to competition law and policy.
