Maria Carrilho
Maria Carrilho a rejoint VdA en 2013. Elle est collaboratrice coordinatrice de la pratique Banque & Finance où elle a travaillé sur différentes opérations.
Maria consacre la majeure partie de son travail aux opérations de financement d'acquisitions, en particulier aux opérations de financement immobilier. Dans ce cadre, elle conseille des clients nationaux et internationaux, de la structuration au closing, prépare et rédige les contrats de financement et leurs paquets de garanties.
Elle s'intéresse également de près à la réglementation et aux produits dérivés et accompagnae certaines institutions de premier plan dans les secteurs financier et non financier. Elle a été détachée dans une banque portugaise où elle a travaillé dans le domaine des produits dérivés financiers.
Licence en Droit de la Faculté de Droit de l’Université Nova de Lisbonne.
Achèvement de la partie théorique du Master en Droit et Gestion de l’Université Catholique Portugaise.
LL.M. en International Business Law de la Católica Global School of Law.
