VdA’s lawyer Paulo Olavo Cunha is the author of an article published in OJE newspaper on Corporate Governance and Responsibility. The article underlines how legislators have enforced the role of the supervisory committee in the beginning of this century, in order to prevent the abuse of power performed by managing boards at the end of the 20^th century.

Apart from being responsible for VdA’s Corporate & Governance practice area, Paulo Olavo Cunha is also a professor at Universidade Católica Portuguesa’s Law College and has published several books on Corporate and Commercial Law.
