“The Cloud: A matter of faith?”
Fernando Resina da Silva, Telecoms, Media & IT’s, writes an article on the Cloud, for the October issue of Advocatus magazine.
In the article, entitled “The Cloud: A matter of faith?” the partner states that “being for the initiative of providers themselves, or the actions of the regulatory authorities, today we have a consciousness and a clear vision of what we can obtain from these services, the risks involved, and the way to reduce them”.
The partner and other VdA lawyers, in partnership with Microsoft Portugal, published last February a book on this subject entitled “Cloud – The Law and practice / Guide and FAQ’s”.
