Magda Cocco is representing VdA at the second edition of the Space Economy Summit, taking place on 4 and 5 December in Lisbon. This event aims to debate the role of industries and government entities in maximising the commercial return of the space economy and the use of space technologies to mitigate climate change. With the motto ‘Space is for everyone’, the event aims to explore the latest developments and innovations in the space economy.
Magda Cocco will take part in the panel discussion entitled ‘It's the final countdown: how will Europe regain its launch capabilities and reduce reliance upon SpaceX?’, which will take place on 5 December between 12h30 and 13h00. This panel will discuss the challenges and strategies for Europe to regain its space launch capabilities and reduce reliance on SpaceX.
