José Pedro Fazenda Martins, Paulo Olavo Cunha and Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira lecture at the III Advanced Postgraduate Course in M&A and Corporate Litigation, organised by the Private Law Research Centre of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

The lecture given by José Pedro Fazenda Martins focuses on ‘Problems of practice’ and is part of the first module of the course, on ‘M&A Litigation’.  As part of the ‘Corporate Litigation’ module, Paulo Olavo Cunha teaches a class on ‘Litigation of board resolutions’ and Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira addresses the topic of ‘Liability of the dominant company for the debts of the controlled company’.

This postgraduate course provides specialised training in the areas of company acquisition law and corporate litigation, from the perspective of litigation prevention and efficient resolution.
