Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira, Domingos Freire de Andrade and Chen Chen are lecturing at the 2nd Intensive Course on Shareholder Agreements, organised by the Private Law Research Centre of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

The course, which runs until 16 December, aims to analyse shareholders' agreements, covering general concepts and types of agreements, typical content and discussion of clauses imported from international practice, effectiveness and vicissitudes, and the regime for transferring and ceasing agreements.

Domingos Freire de Andrade is responsible for the module on ‘Private autonomy in commercial company law: between sociality and parasociality’. Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira is part of the scientific coordination of this course and teaches the class on ‘Shareholder agreements relating to the organisation of the company. In particular, the limits of management clauses’. Chen Chen is also teaching the module on ‘Warranties and shareholders’ agreements’.
