VdA participates in the Union-IP Round Table, an event organized by the UNION-IP Patent Commission and the German Patent and Trademark Office.
Joana Piriquito Santos (Senior Consultant) represented VdA in the round table with the theme "Inventive step is not so obvious - how to deal with differences across Europe",
The event, which featured renowned speakers ranging from intellectual property lawyers to magistrates and representatives of international entities in the same field, was held on February 21 in Munich.
