Miguel Marques dos Santos and Chen Chen were invited to teach at the IV Postgraduate Course in Real Estate Law, promoted by the Private Law Research Centre of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
Miguel Marques dos Santos gave a lecture on "Due Diligence: Essential Aspects of an Investment Operation", as part of the "Real Estate Investment" module. Chen Chen gave a lecture on "Sale and Leaseback Agreement", as part of the "Real Estate Financing" module.
