Miguel Marques dos Santos

Miguel Marques dos Santos joined VdA in 2017. He is Partner and Head of Practice of Real Estate & Planning, Miguel has been working in Real Estate, Urban Planning and Tourism, providing legal advice to both national and foreign investors and developers, and was involved in some of the major real estate transactions in Portugal in recent years.

Miguel focuses his practice on: purchase, sale and lease of real property; overall follow-up of real estate projects (commercial, housing and tourist projects); architect, engineering, project management and construction supervision services agreements; works contracts (new construction and building rehabilitation); horizontal property; urban, tourist and commercial licensing; real estate and urban planning due diligences.
