Mário Esteves de Oliveira, VdA senior partner, participates in the event “Administrative Arbitration in the CPTA” that takes place in OPorto.

In a joint initiative of the Commercial Association of Porto and the Institute of Commercial Arbitration, it is held on March 10 at Palácio da Bolsa.

In an event that counts on the interventions of several personalities related to this subject, among lawyers, professors or In–House lawyers from different economic sectors, the CPTA arbitration is under discussion: the possibility of challenging administrative acts or administrative rules, arbitration as a means of challenge, amongst others
