Chen Chen has published an article entitled "Warranty & Indemnity insurance: from the buyer's perspective" in Revista de Direito das Sociedades, a publication of the Private Law Research Centre of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

This article addresses the growing interest in taking out warranty & indemnity insurance, which has become an option for buyers and/or sellers when buying and selling companies.

Chen Chen proposes an analysis of the application of this insurance in the Portuguese legal context, developing some aspects of insurance law and its correlation with other relevant contractual clauses in the business acquisition process.
