The International Financial Law Review, has launched its publications 'Expert Guide', regarding Private Equity and Competition & anti-trust, in which it makes reference to 'top lawyers' in this field worldwide.
The VdA partners, Helena Vaz Pinto and Nuno Ruiz, featured amongst the Portuguese practitioners mentioned as reference points in both practice areas.
The publication updates its information every two years, assimilating information from all jurisdictions.
