VdA, in conjunction with KPMG, held a workshop in its auditorium on the topic of “Methods of Assessing Proposals in Public Contracting”

Along with the participation of VdA partners Manuel Protásio and Rodrigo Esteves de Oliveira, the session also included a special contribution from Professor Antunes Ferreira of the Instituto Superior Técnico (Higher Technical Institute) and Fernando Faria of KPMG.
