Sofia Ribeiro Branco, Litigation & Arbitration practice partner, was elected to the Vice-Presidency of the Penal Forum, the only national Association of panel lawyers, created in 2012 to promote the reflexion and discussion of subjects related to penal procedures, misdemeanours and compliance, gathering lawyers that practice in this ambit.
The Penal Forum is a relevant stakeholder on the dialogue with the community, as the penal justice and sanctions in general focus in citizens’ rights, freedoms and guarantees.
