Miguel Pinto Cardoso and Rui Andrade nominated for the Arbitrage Commission and ADR of CCI –International Trading Council (Paris).
The Arbitrage Commission and ADR of CCI, which has a team of more than 700 members from over 90 countries, aims the development and review of several ICC rules such as Arbitrage and Mediation Rules.
The Commission, which is based in Paris, also makes reports and creates guidelines for faster and more efficient procedures, while propositioning new rules for litigation solving.
