Magda Cocco is quoted in an article published in Exame Informática about the approval by the European Union of regulation for Artificial Intelligence, having been the first region in the world to do it.
On the fact that this regulation allows for the guarantee that AI systems used in the European space are secure, transparent, traceable, non-discriminatory, environmentally friendly and supervised by people, the Lawyer states that it "promotes trust in AI systems; protects fundamental rights and values; fosters innovation and competitiveness in the European market."
