Américo Oliveira Fragoso was a speaker at the 5th International Conference in Human Resource Management, held on 27 and 28 February at ISEG in Lisbon.
At the event, which was attended by researchers, students and professionals in the field of Human Resource Management, the VdA lawyer presented the topic ‘The impact of AI on HR management’. Américo Oliveira Fragoso's intervention addressed the challenges and opportunities that Artificial Intelligence brings to human resources management, in line with the HR Future programme, highlighting new aspects of the future of labour relations.
