Mariana França Gouveia participates as a speaker in the 7th edition of the Brazilian Arbitration Forum, in the panel entitled: " Use (or abuse) of interim measures in international arbitration - Franco-lusophone perspectives".
This event brings together arbitration professionals and experts to debate relevant topics within the scope of international dispute resolution. The panel in which Mariana França Gouveia takes part will analyse the use of interim measures in international arbitration, addressing the following questions: when and how interim measures should be requested, and under what circumstances they can be decisive for the outcome of a dispute. In addition, a comparative analysis will be carried out between the approaches adopted in Brazil, France and Portugal.
The Brazilian Arbitration Forum will be held on September 13 in Paris.
