On 12 June, Catarina Pinto Correia took part in the panel 'Aquaculture and Biotechnology' at the 11th Major Conference of the Jornal da Economia do Mar, held in Funchal.

During the session, she addressed the regulatory framework applicable to aquaculture and biotechnology, highlighting the main challenges and opportunities for fostering innovation, sustainability and growth in the blue bioeconomy.
