Joaquim Pedro Lampreia participated as a speaker in the training session on ‘Tax Jurisdiction: What future?’, organised by the Centre for Judicial Studies.
During his speech, Joaquim Pedro Lampreia addressed ‘The production of evidence and the establishment of the facts’. This training, aimed at judges, public prosecutors and other professionals in the legal field, aimed to reflect on and analyse, from a practical point of view, the issues that have given rise to the biggest controversy in tax litigation.
