Manuel Protásio and Ana Luís de Sousa will be moderating the Strategic Conference and Climatetech Conference during the Lisbon Energy Summit & Exhibition, a European event dedicated to the energy transition with the theme ‘Creating Tomorrow's Energy System Today’.
The event takes place from 27 to 29 May and includes three conferences: Strategic Conference, Hydrogen & Decarbonisation, and Climatetech Conference.
On 28 May, Ana Luís de Sousa moderates the panel ‘Utility scale solar: Overcoming challenges associated with electricity grid connections’ at the Climatetech Conference. This panel aims to discuss the challenges and strategies for implementing the European Solar Energy Strategy, including regulatory obstacles, infrastructure, optimisation and energy storage technologies.
On the 29th, Manuel Protásio will moderate the panel ‘Mobilising public and private capital to accelerate the energy transition’ at the Strategic Conference. This session will explore financial strategies to promote the energy transition, encouraging investment and reducing decarbonisation costs.
