Miguel Marques dos Santos is a speaker at the debate on the challenges of real estate in 2024, an initiative promoted by Jornal Económico.

The event will analyse national and European real estate market trends and the measures the government intends to implement in the sector.

Alongside Miguel Marques dos Santos, economist António Nogueira Leite, José Cardoso Botelho, CEO of Vanguard Properties and Patrícia Barão from JLL will participate in this debate. Other speakers at the event include the Minister of Infrastructure and Housing, Miguel Pinto Luz, the founder of the Media Nove group and owner of Jornal Económico, N'Gunu Tiny, and Hugo Santos Ferreira, president of the Portuguese Association of Property Developers and Investors (APPII).

The debate will take place on 30 April at the Intercontinental Hotel in Lisbon.
