Assunção Cristas and Catarina Pinto Correia are participating in the event "B-Rural: Communicating agriculture with a single voice", organised by the consultancy company Consulai and co-funded by the European Commission.
At a time when around 90 per cent of the population lives in urban areas, there is a lack of information about rural areas. From this context, this event aims to promote the presence of rural areas on the media agenda by contextualizing it, making it proactive and correcting possible misperceptions.
B-Rural takes place on 26 March from 10.30am to 1.30pm at the António Magalhães de Cardoso Auditorium. The opening session will be led by Catarina Pinto Correia, while the closing session will be chaired by Assunção Cristas.
