Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira teaches on the Executive Programme ‘Corporate Governance and ESG “ at Católica Lisbon Business & Economics, with a class on ”Family Businesses and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs)’.

This executive programme aims to prepare members of supervisory bodies to develop, execute and monitor decisions on environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. The course offers an integrated and critical perspective on corporate governance and its relationship with shareholders, stakeholders and regulators. In addition, the programme addresses questions of risk management, strategy, compensation, ethics and involvement in the financial system.
