Ana Festas Henriques and Teresa Resende Neiva lecture on the ‘Social Leadership for Managers’ Intensive Programme at NOVA School of Business and Economics. This programme aims to introduce the social sector through the context and specificities of social organisations, including governance models, tax and legal regimes, business models and impact measurement.
The VdA lawyers were responsible for the module ‘The Fundamental Legal Framework’ in which they presented the fundamental principles and rules, the basic law and the legal structures.
