José Miguel Carracho, Chen Chen and João Ramalho Dias have been invited to teach a class at the University of Porto, organised by the European Law Students Association of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (ELSA U.Porto).
This class took place online on 8 April and covered topics such as classic financing and guarantees, securitisation, covered bonds, public offerings, investment funds, the role of FinTech in opening up alternative financing models and cryptocurrencies.
