Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira spoke at the Colloquium 'Standard Accessory Clauses of the Contract', held on 9 April at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.

The VdA lawyer presented the topic ‘Typical clauses in family businesses’, as part of a series of presentations dedicated to analysing contractual clauses in specific contexts, including M&A transactions and corporate structures.

The colloquium brought together leading academics and practitioners to discuss the role and development of accessory clauses in contract law, covering topics such as limitations of liability, arbitration agreements, force major clauses and contractual adaptation mechanisms.
