Mariana França Gouveia is took part in the 22nd International Arbitration Congress, an event organised by the Brazilian Arbitration Committee, with the theme "Arbitration and Business Contracts".
The lawyer took part in the panel "Arbitration and contractual imbalance", in which she speaks on the topic "Impossibility and supervening imbalance in recent experience: a review of the effects of the pandemic, war, the IGP-M and other supervening events", at one of the most important arbitration congresses in Brazil, which took place in Rio de Janeiro on 13, 14 and 15 September.
