Teresa Pitorra, senior adviser, and Sumila Santos, associate, are guest speakers at a Conference organised by the Ministry of Justice and Labour of Cabo Verde and the World Bank to be held in Ilha do Sal on 22 and 23 February, on the topic of the Insolvency and Recovery Proceedings.
