"Recent practice in Portuguese-speaking countries: jurisprudence, legislation and practices"

Portugal hosts the ICC Portuguese Arbitration Day for the first time, an event organized and promoted by ICC Portugal along with the International Court of Arbitration (ICC), in which the new ICC Arbitration Rules will be presented. Throughout the day its implications and the new practices of the International Court of Arbitration will be discussed.

Carla Gonçalves Borges, managing associate of the Litigation & Arbitration practice at ​​VdA, is responsible for moderating one of the panel discussions on "Recent practice in Portuguese-speaking countries: jurisprudence, legislation and practices”, where the Portuguese, Angolan and Brazilian realities (among others) will be analysed.

Several Portuguese and international experts in these matters, including lawyers, In-house Counsellors and judges will participate at the event that is held in ICC Portugal office, on April 6.
