The 3d congress of the International Public Procurement – e-Procurement, Compliance and its integrity instruments in public contracting, realized in Cape Verde, on the 14th, 15th and 16th November, counted with the participation of the Public Law area partner as speaker in the X Panel – Concession Scheme and the PPP’s: Contract Formation, PPP’s Control, Competencies of the Grantor, Duties and Rights of the Concessionaire, and the closing panel of the Congress.
