Pedro Cassiano Santos

Pedro Cassiano Santos a rejoint VdA en 1989. Associé Responsable de la pratique Banque & Finance, il est responsable de l'ensemble des clients et des transactions du cabinet dans le secteur financier.

Il fournit régulièrement des conseils juridiques en matière de transactions bancaires et de marchés des capitaux et de questions réglementaires, ainsi qu'en matière de financement syndiqué, y compris l'émission et le placement (national et international) d'instruments de dette, hybrides et de capitaux propres, de warrants, de produits financiers dérivés et synthétiques. Il travaille également activement dans le domaine de la titrisation et d'autres types de transactions adossées à des actifs, ainsi que dans la préparation de transactions financières structurées, sur lesquelles il intervient régulièrement lors de conférences, de séminaires et de cours de master et de diplôme universitaire organisés par différents instituts et universités.
 
Pedro a été détaché auprès d'une institution financière internationale opérant au Portugal pendant 5 ans et était responsable de son service juridique interne.
