José Miguel Oliveira
José Miguel Oliveira a rejoint VdA en 2015. Il est associé de la pratique Pétrole & Gaz et responsable du domaine du transport maritime.
José Miguel compte plus de 10 ans d'expérience internationale dans les juridictions africaines, notamment en Angola et au Mozambique, où il a participé activement à des projets et des opérations dans le secteur du pétrole et du gaz (amont, intermédiaire et aval), en conseillant divers acteurs du secteur sur des questions réglementaires, contractuelles (Contrats EPCC, EPC, EPCI, coentreprises, consortiums, accords d'agence et de gestion), commerciales et d'entreprise, de restructuration, de fusions et d'acquisitions, d'IDE (investissements directs étrangers), de change et de transport maritime. En ce qui concerne le secteur du transport maritime, il a représenté les intérêts de divers acteurs de l'industrie, y compris des armateurs et des opérateurs de navires, des affréteurs, des intérêts cargaison, des clubs P&I, des banques, des chantiers navals, des opérateurs portuaires, des gestionnaires et des agents de transport maritime. En outre, il participe régulièrement à diverses transactions dans ces pays, conseillant quotidiennement des entreprises de premier plan des secteurs de l'énergie, des infrastructures, de la distribution, de la vente au détail et du transport (navigation et ports).
