Pedro Corrêa de Oliveira
Pedro Corrêa de Oliveira joined VdA in 2016. Partner at the Real Estate & Planning practice. Pedro has ample experience in real estate operations, including purchase, sale and lease of real property, overall follow-up of real estate projects (commercial, housing and tourist projects); preparing architect, engineering, project management, construction supervision services agreements and works contracts (new construction and building rehabilitation); and follow-up of urban, tourist and commercial licensing.
Pedro has been providing continued advice in connection with sale and leaseback, and purchase and sale operations, including due diligence, involving different assets (housing, commercial, services and tourist real property), and also in connection with urban licensing.
In 2017, Pedro won the Iberian Lawyer award “40 Under Forty”, which distinguished the top young lawyers in the Iberian Peninsula.

Lecturer on the Postgraduation Course in Real Estate Law, at UCP Porto and Lisboa (academic year 2021/2022, 2022/2023 and 2023/2024) - Practical Seminar: "Horizontal Property, Real Estate Complexes and Registration".
Pedro was previously a Senior Associate of the Environment & Urban Planning practice group at Garrigues law firm.
