VdA’s Real Estate team represented BNP Paribas in negotiations held with DST regarding their new premises in the Urbo Business Center building.
BNP Paribas consolidates its diverse operations in the north of Portugal in these new premises, which have a GLA of about 15.000 m2.
The Urbo Business Center is a modern, BREEAM certified office building located in Matosinhos, near Norte Shopping.
This is the most significant office building transaction of the year in Oporto - a market which has experienced accelerated growth, having in 2018 broken the absolute record in office space placements (more than doubling the area placed in 2017).
