Maria Cavaleiro Brandão (Managing Associate) co-authored an article published in the online publication Human - Recursos Humanos e Gestão, about defending gender equality.

"Besides there being an Intention-Behaviour gap - that is, people consider something important, but do not materialize actions in that sense -, studies show that inequality is being discredited. In other words, it is believed that it existed in the past but no longer exists, or it is believed that it still exists, but not in our organisations. Similar to the saying 'it only happens to others', but in this case it only happens in other organisations."
