Maria Cavaleiro Brandão
Maria Cavaleiro Brandão joined VdA in 2021. She is a Managing Associate of the Labour practice.
Maria has led different labor-related operations, advising and providing legal assistance to clients in connection with hiring and terminating employees, including redundancies and layoffs, and organization of working hours and work schedules. She has also supported Clients exercising their disciplinary power over employees, having managed and investigated complex disciplinary proceedings.
Maria is an ICFML certified Dispute Mediator and in that role developed unique negotiating skills.
