'Corporate Law' - Book by VdA's Of Counsel Paulo Olavo Cunha is on bookstands
The fourth edition of Paulo Olavo Cunha’s “Corporate Law” book is on bookstands since May 27th. Four years after the first edition was launched, in May 2006, the new one includes an updated view on the Portuguese Corporate Law. It includes the last alterations to the legal system made by Law–Decree nr 49/2010.
