Américo Oliveira Fragoso (Managing Associate) is quoted in an Expresso newspaper article, on the Government's proposed regulation for the Uber economy, which transfers to platforms the duty to prove that there is no labour subordination of professionals.
The lawyer states that "creating an autonomous article in the Labour Code could bring many problems in terms of jurisprudence".
