Américo Oliveira Fragoso
Américo Oliveira Fragoso joined VdA in 2013. Partner of the Labour practice. In such capacity he has been assisting clients in various areas of Labour Law and Social Security Law, including both individual and collective employment relations.
Américo also representes domestic and foreign clients in numerous corporate restructuring procedures, with regard to the acquisition and sale of companies or undertakings, conducting dismissal proceedings and he is regularly involved in the planning and execution of corporate pension schemes and benefits.
He also represents clients regarding employment litigation.

Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of Eduardo Mondlane University in Mozambique under the Cooperation Agreement entered into with the Lisbon Faculty of Law (2006- 2009).
Before joining the firm he worked as na Associate at ABBC - Azevedo Neves, Benjamim Mendes, Carvalho & Associados RL and as an Associate at PLMJ - A.M. Pereira Sáragga Leal, Oliveira Martins, Júdice e Associados".
