VdA once again leads the reputation ranking in Portugal’s legal sector, according to Merco Empresas Portugal 2026. The firm also features among the 100 companies with the strongest reputations in the country.
This recognition reinforces VdA’s position as a leading firm in the Portuguese market and reflects the trust it has consistently built among its different stakeholders.
The 2026 edition of Merco Empresas Portugal is based on the analysis of 4,704 surveys and 18 sources of information, involving, among others, executives from major companies, financial analysts, journalists, university professors, NGO representatives, consumer associations, university students and members of the public. The study also includes a digital analysis of 415,198 mentions and benchmarking based on 29 objective corporate indicators.
In Merco Líderes Portugal 2026, João Vieira de Almeida also climbed 36 places, reaching 42nd position among the 100 leaders with the strongest reputations in Portugal.
