Ricardo Bordalo Junqueiro and Cláudia Coutinho da Costa were invited to lecture at the 17th edition of the Postgraduate Programme in Competition and Regulation of the Institute of Economic, Financial and Tax Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
The aim of this postgraduate course is to develop the main themes of competition law and sectoral economic regulation.
It was in this context that Ricardo Bordalo Junqueiro gave a lecture on "Abuse of a dominant position - practical application in Portugal and the European Union" on January 18th. Meanwhile, Cláudia Coutinho da Costa gave a lecture on "Business cooperation - joint ventures and cooperation agreements between competitors" on December 14th. Both lectures were part of the module on the study of "Competition".
Academic experts, regulators and supervisors, specialised lawyers, legal experts and economic and institutional experts are invited to teach in this postgraduate course.
