Hugo Moredo Santos, Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira, Orlando Vogler Guiné, Carlos Couto and Chen Chen are lecturing at the 7th Intensive Course on Investment Funds organised by the Private Law Research Centre of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Hugo Moredo Santos and Carlos Couto are responsible for the session on "Alternative Investment Organisations and bond issues". Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira lectures on "Venture capital: general notions", while Orlando Vogler Guiné addresses "Venture capital funds and majority shareholdings: fund and group companies". Chen Chen, in addition to being the course's executive coordinator, teaches the class on ‘Types of Collective Investment Schemes. From incorporation to subscription and redemption’ and “Collective Investment Schemes in Securities”.

This course aims to deepen knowledge of collective asset management in the context of the new legal and regulatory framework, and is addressed to employees of management companies, regulators, magistrates, lawyers and other type of professionals.
