Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira, Marta Lima (Corporate Sustainability Officer) and Joana Reis Barata lecture at the VI Postgraduate Course on Law Enforcement, Compliance and Corporate Responsibility, promoted by the Private Law Research Centre (CIDP) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

This course aims to present the main challenges faced by regulatory authorities, organisations, and managers in relation to the effective application of laws and their regulatory compliance.

Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira lectures a class regarding "Regulatory Compliance and Groups of Companies", which is part of the module "Companies and Commercial Companies in the Era of Regulation and Self-Regulation". Joana Reis Barata presents the theme "Searches and Seizures in Companies", integrated in the module "Principles of Regulatory Compliance". Finally, Marta Lima teaches about "ESG Corporate Culture" in the module "Law Enforcement, Compliance and Good Corporate Governance".
